AND THE CONTEXT.

The world’s main brand called us in 1997 to develop its internal brand communication strategy. The challenge was to move from a strategy led by the Human Resources Department to a more comprehensive business led approach, driven by the led by the Communications Department. After more than 10 years, we have specialized in this branch of marketing, becoming one of the most established partners in the company in Argentina and Latam South.

FOCUS ON STRATEGY AND CREATIVITY.

Our work consists of the generation of creative proposals and the activation of Internal Marketing campaigns that allow us to communicate, strengthen and develop the company values, and the positioning of each product of The Coca-Cola Company’s brand portfolio. For this, we develop diverse internal activations, branding for special projects, internal new product launches, and institutional communication actions aimed at associates and their families.

BRAND RESULTS.

Over the last 12 years, Coca-Cola Argentina has been selected as one of the Best Places to Work in the country, being # 1 on more than 3 occasions. Likewise, the local Business Unit has been awarded the Woodruff Cup – the highest internal award in the corporation – on two separate occasions. The internal culture and our contribution to its development have been key bastions in the business success.
