Our story, in a few words 

Founded in January 2003, we started with nothing but an old 2-kg VAIO laptop and a vision: to build a strategic, creative boutique able to compete with the industry giants.

Under the leadership of our two co-founders and a committed senior team, NSB has become one of the country’s leading branding and creative agencies. Since 2012 we’ve left our mark across LATAM and the U.S., delivering top-tier service.

After more than 20 years, our purpose remains intact: to be a boutique where clients and team members are proud to work, where we enjoy the process of building better brands, and where we create more effective communication to reach our clients’ goals.

Sabrina is an advertising professional, passionate about her craft and head of the Client Services & Media department. She studied Advertising, Business Administration (UBA, IAE) and Effective Communications (Di Tella). For 20+ years she has led end-to-end productions and media strategies for brands across segments.

Founder, Strategy, AI & Digital

Federico studied Economics (UNdMDP), Digital Marketing (U. de Belgrano), Business Management (U. Austral) and a thousand more subjects as a self-taught mind. An avid trend-hunter, recording & sound engineer, musician and music producer, and a writer on Marketing & Communication.

Account Director

Maru holds an Advertising degree (UADE). Since 2005 she has been part of NSB’s leading team, responsible for end-to-end Project Management and Account Direction. Her positive, can-do spirit makes her the most loved person by clients and team alike, always ready to solve any urgency.

Carla Fascetti

Carla Fascetti

Account Director

Carla holds an Advertising degree (Universidad del Salvador). She began in the Marketing dept. of MAPEI, a global coatings leader, then joined NSB as Account Executive. Her strong strategic vision and project-management skills quickly earned her a promotion to the agency’s Account Director.

Creative Director

Maxi is an Advertising Technician (UCA) and holds an Advertising degree (UAI). A multi-purpose creative by nature, musician and the friendliest guy in the universe. As NSB’s Creative Director, since 2008 he leads the creation of fully integrated campaigns — online and offline, B2B and B2C.

Business Director

Andrea Silber is Business Manager of our Miami office. With 15+ years in advertising, she began her career at NSB as Account Manager for The Coca-Cola Company South Latin Business Unit, projecting business growth across the region, including global projects from the U.S.
