Context
The world's leading brand brought us on in 2008 for its internal communication strategy, with the challenge of moving from an HR-led approach to a more comprehensive, business-driven one led by Corporate Communications.
Strategy
We generate creative proposals and Internal Marketing activations to communicate the company's values and the positioning of each portfolio brand across Latin America: activations, internal launches, internal social media and corporate communications.
Results
Over 14+ years, Coca-Cola was named one of the region's Best Places to Work —#1 on more than 3 occasions— and the LATAM Operating Unit won the 2022 Woodruff Cup, the corporation's highest internal honor.
