Vittal
Context
Vittal brought us on to relaunch a health and medical-emergency plan in a very competitive market with strong advertising pressure, seeking branding and performance at the same time.
Strategy
After analyzing the category and the competition, we proposed moving away from the sector's stereotypes (the doctor, the patient, the informational tone) and, in integrated campaigns (TV, Digital, Radio, POS) like the well-known “Angel,” we found a tone of our own.
Results
“Angel,” the first campaign, lifted inbound call-center calls by 180% at similar media-investment levels. Over the following years, Vittal cemented its leadership as Argentina’s foremost medical-emergency brand, with high awareness.
